Group Sessions – New Field:  Duration

If Pirouette is configured to capture Service Provider Interactions, you’ll see the new Duration pulldown field in the group session note record.  This optional field lets you indicate the length of the group session:

Select the appropriate time interval from the field’s list of pulldown options:

MIS Report – Group Sessions:  Breakdown by Duration

The MIS Report still counts all the group sessions that were held during the reporting period.  However, the sessions are now categorized based on duration, i.e. the time interval selected in the Duration field in the group note record:
