Enter a Crisis Call Assessment

The crisis call assessment is entered after you have entered the related crisis note.

1.  Enter all of the required information using the fields provided, based on your organization’s requirements.

2.  When you are finished, save and close the assessment.  You’ll be returned to the Time Spent page of the note.

3.  Save and close the note.
