OCAN Consumer Self-Assessment Portal

For organizations using the OCAN Full or Core+Self version, the OCAN Consumer Self-Assessment Portal (CSA Portal) benefits both staff and clients.  Clients login to the secure, online portal from any computer with an internet connection, to access the self-assessment portion of the OCAN.  The completed self-assessment is then submitted to become part of the client’s OCAN record in Pirouette.

• The portal is completely separate from Pirouette – clients never access Pirouette directly
• Access to the password-protected portal is managed entirely by the organization and may be disabled at any time
• Clients complete the self-assessment from any location and at their own pace, whether all at once or over multiple sessions
• Increases client involvement and contributes to more accurate data collection

For organizations that use Pirouette hosting, there’s nothing for you to install, making set-up of the portal quick and hassle-free.  Portal hosting is billed monthly, based on the number of active Pirouette users at your organization.
