OCAN Needs Over Time

Tip:  this report only applies to the OCAN Full.

The OCAN Needs Over Time report allows you to see how a client’s documented needs have changed.  The report identifies the staff and consumer need ratings in each domain, for all Full OCANs entered during the reporting period.

1.  Open the client file (MenuClients and Contact PeopleAll Clients → select the client file) and go to the Reports section of the file.

2.  Select OCAN Needs Over Time from the list of reports.

3.  Select your report parameters, and select the Generate button.

If any of the staff or consumer need ratings have changed, this is noted in the Changed column.
