Housing Criteria and Housing Categories
Housing criteria appear on the Housing Preferences page in an Intake record, allowing users to record a client’s preferred housing options. The criteria are grouped by housing categories. Configure housing categories first, so the required categories are available for selection when you configure housing criteria.
Housing Categories
To add a new housing category:
1. Go to the Menu at the top of the page, go to the System section, and select Lists. This will bring you to the central list of all the configurable items in the database.
2. Go to Housing Criteria Category; the existing categories will be shown.
3. Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list to add a new housing category.
4. Enter the housing category.
5. Save and close the record.
Housing Criteria
To add a new housing criteria option:

2. Go to Housing Criteria; the existing criteria will be shown.
3. Select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list to add a new option.
4. Enter the housing criteria option and select the appropriate housing category.
5. Save and close the record.
