changes can only be made through the addition of an addendum.\u00a0 Therefore, review your note carefully before you save it.<\/p>\n<p>To enter a case note:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Go to the <strong>Notes<\/strong> section of the client file and select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list.\u00a0 Or, go to <strong>Actions<\/strong> at the top of the page, go to the <strong>New<\/strong> section and select <strong>Note<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:\u00a0<\/strong> at the <strong>Client Summary Page<\/strong>, you can select the Create icon in the\u00a0<strong>Recent Notes<\/strong> list to create a new note record.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Enter the appropriate information &#8211;
