Key Items <\/strong>list.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 There are four categories of history items and each category has its own &#8220;Create&#8221; link:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li>Intake &#8211; &#8220;Create New Intake Item&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Management &#8211; &#8220;Create New Management Item&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Case Management &#8211; &#8220;Create New Case Management Item&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Housing &#8211;
