{"id":663,"date":"2015-01-19T14:55:10","date_gmt":"2015-01-19T14:55:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/roxysoftware.com\/?page_id=663"},"modified":"2017-06-01T21:10:57","modified_gmt":"2017-06-01T21:10:57","slug":"contacts","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/roxysoftware.com\/?page_id=663","title":{"rendered":"Contact People (Client File)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"et_pb_section\">\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_row\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_column et_pb_column_2_3\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_text_align_left\">\n\t\t\t\n<h3>Contact People<\/h3>\n\n\t\t<\/div> <!-- .et_pb_text --><div class=\"et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_text_align_left\">\n\t\t\t\n<div style=\"width: 1080px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-663-1\" width=\"1080\" height=\"608\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/roxysoftware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Contact-People-Client-File.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/roxysoftware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Contact-People-Client-File.mp4\">https:\/\/roxysoftware.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/Contact-People-Client-File.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div> <!-- .et_pb_text --><div class=\"et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_text_align_left\">\n\t\t\t\n<p>Use the <strong>Contact People<\/strong> section to identify the contact people for the client such as family members, other service providers, or someone who may be contacted in case of an emergency.<\/p>\n<p>To add a new contact person to the client file:<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0 Go to the <strong>Contact People <\/strong>section of the client file and select the Create icon located in the upper right corner of the list.\u00a0 This will bring you to the New Contact Helper which performs a search to check if the contact person is already in the system.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tip:\u00a0<\/strong> you can access the New Contact Helper directly from the <strong>Client Summary Page<\/strong> by selecting the Create icon in the <strong>Contact People<\/strong> list.<\/p>\n<p>2.\u00a0 Enter some of contact person&#8217;s information and click on<strong> Locate Contact<\/strong> to perform the search.<\/p>\n<p>If the contact person is listed:\u00a0 select the contact and select <strong>Open Selected Contact<\/strong> to open the record; go to step 4 below.<\/p>\n<p>If the contact person is not listed:\u00a0 select <strong>Create a New Contact<\/strong> to create a new contact record.<\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0 Enter the Contact Person page.<\/p>\n<p>4. \u00a0Select the configuration link located right beneath the name fields.\u00a0 This will bring you to the Role page, where you can specify the contact person&#8217;s role for the client and if this is an emergency contact.\u00a0 Emergency contacts will have a red phone icon beside their name on the client summary page.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 When you are finished, use the <strong>Save<\/strong> button to save your work.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong>\u00a0 to disassociate a contact person from a client, go to the contact person&#8217;s Role page for the client and delete.\u00a0 DO NOT DELETE FROM THE CONTACT PERSON PAGE!!
